Centro CDX Launches its Customer & Digital Experience Center and the first-of-its-kind in the Picturesque Town of El Gouna

In light of expanding its geographic footprint within and beyond the US market into the EU and GCC regions, Centro CDX is proud to announce the launch of its Customer & Digital Experience (CDX) Center located in El Gouna, Red Sea in Egypt.

Centro always stood out among all the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies in the market, and today, it makes its mark with the launch of the first CDX center in the scenic town of El Gouna.  

“With this move, we plan to capture more business from EU markets, especially the German market, and would access top CX talent based in El Gouna and the surrounding area. Our choice of El Gouna as a destination is rooted in how like-minded we are with this town that has become a locale of wellness and sustainable growth in addition, becoming a major cultural and business hub,” explains Hesham Farag, CEO of Centro CDX.

The facility is not only the first-of-its-kind but is also considered Centro CDX’s first step in El Gouna with growth plans in the future. The CDX center intends to primarily serve offshore accounts and become a hub of excellence that will serve as an internal incentive for Centro CDX’s top-performing employees offering them a unique and relaxed work environment.

Recently, the company has gone through a strategic rebranding and repositioning to reflect the expansion of its lines of business and the services it offers to the market.
