Centro made its international debut, opening its first operational site in Cairo, Egypt. This marked a significant milestone in our story as we realized our aspirations of transcending borders to serve clients worldwide.

We set up a new operational site in the heart of Manila, Philippines.

Our continued dedication and successes further expanded our horizons. And in 2016, we opened yet another robust facility in Winchester, Virginia.

We diversified our portfolio of services and solutions by venturing into DataSphere, Digital Experience, and Business Process Outsourcing.

We launched a state-of-the-art CX center in the picturesque city of El-Gouna, one of Egypt’s Red Sea Governorates.
