Sales Support Specialist

Centro is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our System Integration team in KSA. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by generating leads, managing CRM data, and facilitating smooth internal communications. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a dynamic sales environment.

• Reporting to: Sales Manager (KSA)

• Location: Egypt, Cairo

Job description:

Job roles and responsibilities:

o Lead generation: Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualification of

potential new clients.

o Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, scheduling

meetings, and preparing for sales presentations.

o CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship

management (CRM) system with accurate customer and sales data.

o Sales Reports: Generate and distribute sales reports to the sales team and

management.

o Internal communications: Serve as the liaison between the sales team and

internal departments for all related requests.

Required Experience:

o Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar role preferably in IT solutions or

system integration.

o Strong understanding of the sales process and a customer-focused approach.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Familiarity with software solutions is a plus.

o Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field is preferred.
